摘要
对宽带钢热轧工作辊、支持辊剥落的主要因素进行了分析，提出了剥落机理及相应的解决方案，以消除剥落，提高轧辊使用寿命。
After analyzing the main factors leading to the spalling of back-up and work roll in hot wide strip mill, spalling mechanism and some practical solutions have been proposed in this paper. Those solutions can meet the requirement for eliminating spalling and prolonging service life of roll.
