摘要
以某厅的电子政务系统项目为实例,探讨了作为开发方如何对电子政务项目进行有效的项目管理。首先分析了项目管理,然后介绍了该厅电子政务系统项目的背景,并以该项目为例,结合实践,主要通过采取合理的人力资源配置、良好的项目沟通管理、有效的风险管理、重视需求变化的客观性,强化测试等策略进行有效的项目管理。
