摘要
一台能轧制０．００１×４０ｍｍ极薄带材的新型３０辊可逆式冷轧机已研制成功。并已轧出了０．０００８×４０ｍｍ钛箔突破了原设计指标。就厚度指标而言，达到了世界先进水平。据查这类３０辊可逆式冷轧机机型为我国首创，填补了世界多辊轧机机型空白。介绍了国内外极薄带及其多辊轧机的发展概况；探讨了关于最小可轧厚度；辊系参数选择，受力分析以及介绍了本机的技术性能和力能参数。
A new type of 2/26×65mm 30-High reversing cold mill with smaller diameter work roll has been developed in order to meet the demands for ultra-thin metal foils with thickness of 0.001mm. Titanium foils with thickness of 00008mm and width of 40mm had been rolled on the new type of 30 high mill. The developing sitution of the ultra-thin foils and cluster rolling mills were introduced in our country and abroad, technical parameter of the mill roll assembly was discussed, and technical characteristic of the mill was introduced.
