摘要
武钢4号高炉(2516m^3)第二次大修后采用了串罐无料钟炉顶设备。在高炉开炉装料过程中,对下料罐的最大装料能力、料流调节阀开度与料流量之间的关系、焦炭和矿石的布料轨迹以及料面形状等进行了测定,并观察了十字测温装置对高炉布料的影响。通过料面形状的测定,选择了合适的布料矩阵,初步掌握了无钟布料的规律,为4号高炉顺利开炉和达产创造了条件。
The bell-less top equipment with two vertical hoppers of the same axis was adopted on the No.4 BF (2 516 m3) of WISGCO during the second reline.In the process of filling charge the maximum loading capacity of lower hopper, the relationship of material flow gate opening and material flow rate,the trajectory of ore and coke flow and the profile of burden in the BF were measured,and the influence of cross-beam temperature measuring unit on the burden distribution was observed.As a result,the burden distribution regular pattern of No.4 BF was found.
