摘要
在CTMAB胶柬增溶增敏作用下,5′-硝基水杨基荧光酮对镓(Ⅲ)产生灵敏反应,适宜酸度为pH7.3—8.0,最大吸收波长为555纳米,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.91×10~5摩尔^(-1)·升·厘米^(-1),镓在0·7微克/25毫升范围内符合比耳定律。经醋酸丁酯萃取分离镓后,消除了30多种阳离子的干扰。用本法测定某些样品中的痕量镓,结果满意。
A new method was developed for the determination of the trace gallium with 5'-nitrosalicylfluorone (5'-NSF) in the present of CTMAB. Ga(111)-5'-NSFCTMAB complex has a maxium absorption at 555nm in pH 7.3-8.0 with a molar absortivity of 1.91×10~5 1·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed for o-7-μg of gallium in 25ml solution. Most of the metal ions will not interfere with the determination of gallium after the extraction-separation of gallium with butyl acetate. Determination of the trace gallium in ores was made with goad results
