摘要 为了加速引种的北美一球悬铃木优良种源、家系的选育,对1999年引进的北美一球悬铃木12个种源的47个半同胞家系进行种源—家系试验,结果表明,12个种源材料的树高、胸径、材积等生长性状在不同试验地点间表现出极显著(P<0.01)差异,表明种源的生长表现不仅受种源内家系本身遗传特性影响,而且与所在造林地的立地条件、特异的气候因子等有很大的关系,从中可以遴选到较速生的育种材料。对47个家系材料进行树高、胸径、材积等性状筛选,获得9个速生家系,其遗传增益在5.3%~16.62%之间。获得21个亚优家系,其遗传增益在1%~4.68%之间。 In order to accelerate the selecting of better provenances and families in Platanus occidentalis introduced to China, we have conducted a series of provenances/families experiments on them, which were chosen from 47 families of 12 provenances, and were introduced in 1999. The results show that the samples grown in different places have significant differences with each other ( P 〈 0.01 ) in traits like height, diameter at breast height (DBH) and volume. And we can concluded from the results that growth traits in different provenances were influenced not only by the genetic factors within families, but also the factors determined by the place where they grow up, such as the conditions of the soil and the special climate factors. After selecting samples coming from 47 families, we confirmed 9 fast-rowing families under the considerations of traits like tree height, diameter at breast height and volume. The genetic gain of these families lies between 5.35 % and 16.62 %. We also got 21 less-faster-rowing samples, which represented a genetic gain of 1% -4.68 %.
