摘要
本文以6种畜禽有机肥为研究对象,研究了水肥比、振荡时间以及有机肥种类对有机肥水溶性磷含量的影响。研究结果表明:在水肥比为10~250:1的范围下,有机肥水溶性含量随水肥比的增加而增加。水肥比为250:1时提取的有机肥水溶性无机磷(WEPi)和水溶性总磷(WEPt)含量分别是水肥比为10:1时的1.9~5.8倍、2.0~5.4倍。震荡时间从0.5h增加到24h,有机肥水溶性含量随之增加。震荡1h提取的WEPi和WEPt含量分别是振荡24h的58%~92%、55%~91%,平均值均为73%。水溶性总磷占总磷的比例范围为10%~25%。猪粪经储存或腐熟一定时间,可显著提高猪粪水溶性磷的含量。在振荡1h、水肥比100条件下,水溶性总磷占总磷的比例由11%提高到25%。有机肥水溶性无机磷是水溶性总磷的主要形态,前者占后者的90%~96%。根据本研究的结果,建议测定畜禽有机肥水溶性磷含量时振荡时间1h,水肥比100:1。
The effects of the ratio of water and fertilizer, oscillation time and and the types of the organic fertilizers on the soluble phosphorus content of organic fertilizers were studied. The results showed that , when the ratio of water and fertilizer was range of 10 - 250: 1, the soluble P content of organic fertilizers increased with the ratio of water and fertilizer. When the ratio of water and fertilizer was 250:1 ,the extracted soluble inorganic phosphorus and soluble total phosphorus were 1.9 - 5.8 times and 2.0 - 5.4 times of that when the ratio of water and fertilizer was 10: 1. With the oscillation time that was increased from 0.5h to 24h, the soluble P content of organic fertilizers increased. When the oscillation time was 1 h, the extracted soluble inorganic phosphorus and soluble total phosphorus were 58 % -92 % and 55 % -91% of that when the oscillation time was 24 h ,with the average of 73 %. When the oscillation time was 1 h and the ratio of water and fertilizer was 100,the ratio of the soluble total phosphorus and soluble phosphorus could be raised from 11% to 25 %. The soluble inorganic phosphorus was the main form of the soluble total inorganic phosphorus, accounting for 90 % -96 %. Based on the results, the conclusions was drawn that the condition that the oscillation time was 1 h and the ratio of water and fertilizer was 100:1 was optimal for the determination of the soluble P content of organic fertilizers from the livestock and poultry.
