广西农业标准化发展现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Agriculture Standardization in Guangxi

通过调查研究,分析了广西农业标准化体系建设的现状,指出广西农业标准化工作存在的主要问题,并提出今后广西实施农业标准化的九项对策:①做好农业标准化的中长期规划;②建立健全农业质量标准体系;③切实加强标准化生产示范体系建设;④逐步完善农产品质量监测体系;⑤完善配套相关的法规政策;⑥加快建立多渠道、多层次、多元化的投放机制;⑦加强对农业标准化理论和技术的研究;⑧大力开展农业标准化宣传培训;⑨加强国内、国际合作交流,提高农业标准化工作水平。

In this paper, the current situation of demonstration system of agriculture standardization in Guangrd was analyzed through investigation, the main problems of agricultural standardization were indicated and nine countermeasures for implementing agricultural standardization in Guangxi were put forward, which were as follow： （i） the medium and long term plan of agriculture standardization should be did well ; （ii） standard system of agricultural quality should be established and perfected; （ iii ） construction of the demonstration system of standardization production should be practically strengthened; （iv） the monitoring system of quality of agricultural products should be gradually perfected; （v） interfix rules and policies should be consummated; （vi） the multi-channel, multi-level and pluralistic embarking mechanism should be established; （vii） the theory and technology research of agriculture standardization should be enhanced; （viii） propagandize train of agriculture standardization should be energetically developed ; （viiii） cooperation between national and international should be reinforced and the level of agricultural standardization should be improved.
