摘要
为降低甘薯试管苗的生产成本,对0~4茬甘薯试管苗的生长特性、移栽成活率及结薯特性进行了研究。结果表明,1~2茬甘薯试管苗可作为基础苗被用于试管苗扩繁,亦可移栽入网棚内生产原原种;3~4茬苗虽成苗率低,但结薯习性与对照差异不大,故最好用于网棚移栽。
The growth characteristics, transplanting survival rate and sweet potato-bearing feature of sweet potato tube plantlets with 0 -4 stubbles were studied to reduce the productive cost of culturing sweet potato tube plantlets. The results showed that the sweet potato tube plantlets with the first and second stubble could be used as the basic plantlets for propagating tube plantlcts or producing original-original sweet potatoes in a shade shed, and the sweet potato tube plantlets with the third and forth stubble could be transplanted in a shade shed for production cultivation of sweet potato though its transplanting survival rate was low, its sweet potato-bearing habit was similar to CK.
