连续处理造纸黑液的研究

摘要 采用微波辐射处理麦草浆蒸煮黑液,由正交实验来确定其最优工艺条件是:麦草浆蒸煮黑液流速u为0.11mL/s,微波辐射功率P为400W,活性炭催化剂床层高度L为18cm,处理后的黑液吸光度为0.061,木素去除率为n=90.2%。根据极差判断:微波辐射功率对处理效果的影响最大,活性炭催化剂床层高度次之,流速对黑液处理效果影响最小。 Microwave irradiation was used to treat wheat and straw black liquor. The best process conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment. They are as follows: the wheat and straw pulp black liquor velocity u is 0.11ml/s, radiated power P is 400W, activated carbon catalyst bed height L is 18cm, the black liquor absorbance after treating is 0. 061, the removal of lignin n is 90.2 %. Judging by range, the effects on black liquor treatment from strong to weak are microwave radiated power, activated carbon catalyst bed height, and velocity.
