摘要
通过金刚石合成试验,从4种触媒中连出86—8<sup>#</sup>触媒。它是一种镍锰钴铁硅合金。经试生产合成,证明86—8<sup>#</sup>触媒的催溶性能优于Ni<sub>70</sub>Mn<sub>25</sub>Co<sub>5</sub>触媒。其合成范围广,工艺易掌握,能粗化金刚石颗粒,是一种适于合成粗颗粒高强度金刚石的新型触媒。
The 86-8~# catalyst, a Ni-Mn-Co-Fe-Si alloy, has been choosed from four kinds of catalysts by synthetic tests of diamond. It has been proved by the synthetic tests of diamonds on pilot production scale that the catalytic activity of 86-8~# catalyst is superior to that of Ni_(70)Mn_(25)Co_5 catalyst. With the new catalyst, diamond can be synthesized under wide process conditions. It is a new catalys suitable for synthesizing high-strength coarse grained diamonds.
