摘要
研究了镉试剂(Cadion,对硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯)-Cd(Ⅱ)-OP乳化剂析相富集体系,在pH10.6的Na2B4O7-NaOH介质中,于90±1℃加热胶束溶液,保持45min,络合物即被OP乳化剂相完全富集。富集液在490nm处测定吸光度值,镉含量在0.37~4.50μg/50ml范围内服从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=9.7×105。该法灵敏度高,选择性好,已用于工业废水样中痕量镉的测定,结果满意。
A study on the phase separation system of cadion(p-nitrobenzene-diazoaminazo benzene)-cadmium-OP emulsifying agent was carried out.In the medium of Na 2B 4O 7-NaOH buffer (pH10.6),the complex of cadion-cadmium can be enriched in the phase of OP,the emulsifying agent,when heating at 90±1℃ for 45min in a boilling water bath.The absorbance is measured at 490nm and Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.37-4.5μgCd 2+ /50ml,the apparent molar absorptivity is 9.7×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The highly sensitive and selective method has been applied to the determination of trace cadmium in industrial waste water samples with satisfactory results.
