摘要
在0.36mol/LHCl介质中,有十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)存在下,Zr(Ⅵ)与槲皮素(Qu)和8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(H2QS)形成四元荧光络合物。其组成比为nZr:nQu:nH2QS:nSDS=1:1:2:1。激发与发射波长λex=450nm和λem=500nm时,体系荧光强度最大。线性范围为0~24mgZr/L,检出限为56μg/L。方法用于岩石中微量锆的测定,结果满意。
In medium of 0.36mol/L HCl and in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS),zirconium(IV) forms a quaternary fluorescene complex with quercetin(Qu) and 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid (H 2QS).The molar ratio of Zr to Qu,H 2QS and SDS is 1:1:2:1.The excitation and emission wavelengths are 450nm and 500nm with strong fluorescence,respectively.The linear range is 0-2.4mg/L for zirconium(IV).The detection limit of zirconium(IV) is 5.6μg/L The proposed method has been applied to determine zirconium(Ⅳ) in ores with satisfactory results.
