摘要
研究了在H2SO4介质中,Fe(Ⅲ)催化H2O2氧化偶氮胂M的褪色反应的动力学条件,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铁的新方法。方法的线性范围为0~2.2μg/25ml,检测限为1.9×10-10g/ml。在用于测定分析纯盐酸和硝权中的痕量铁时,结果满意。
In this paper,the decolouring reaction which results from the oxidation of Arsenazo M by hydrogen peroxide to be catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ) in the medium of H 2SO 4 is described.The decreasing degree in colour is directly proportional to the concentration of Fe(Ⅲ).The detection limit for Fe(Ⅲ) in this method is 1.9×10 -10 g/ml.The linear response is in the range of 0-2.2μg/25ml.The method has been used to determine iron in HCl and HNO 3 with satisfactory results.
