燃气调压器使用年限的探讨

Discussion on Service Life of Gas Regulators

根据我国目前燃气调压器的生产和使用的情况,分析了统一规定调压器使用年限的难度,造成调压器损伤的因素。统计分析了某燃气公司轴流式和衡量式调压器使用中常见的损坏部位、原因、基本使用年限。就调压器使用年限问题提出了相应建议。

According to the present production and usage of gas regulators in China, the difficulties to uniformly stipulate the service life of regulators and the factors to cause the regulator damage are analyzed. The common damage parts and reasons in the use of axial regulators and weighting regulators of a gas company and their basic service life are counted and analyzed. The relevant suggestions on the service life of regulators are put forward.
