再论科学发展观就是科学价值观

On the Scientific Concept of Development and the Scientific Values

休谟命题的真正哲学意义在于他发现了区分价值和事实是研究价值的逻辑前提,事实认识和价值认识是两种不同的逻辑思维方式。事物的发展有宇宙观和价值观之分。价值的本质就是事物现实的历史的发展,特别是现实的个人的历史发展的存在方式。事物的内在价值、外在价值和终极价值都统一于事物的发展。科学发展观的核心就是社会主义核心价值体系的核心,科学发展观又是建设和完善社会主义核心价值体系的指导思想,科学发展观就是具有中国特色的社会主义的科学价值观,就是历史发展价值论的具体体现。
