西安周边农村环境问题及生态文明建设的思考

和谐社会与社会主义新农村建设,需要强有力的智力支持。在区域环境问题的善治上,引入体现生态文明的生态文化,是从根本上解决此类问题的关键。在揭示该区域环境问题的基础上,指出问题产生的症结在于代表生态文明的环境文化的缺失。为此,应在厘清生态文明内涵、结构等的基础上,对农村环境文化的构建从突出地域性、突出重点、矫正观念等方面入手加以重构。

The building of the harmonious society and the new socialist countryside relies on the stronger support of intellectuals. It is critical to introduce the eco-culture or the ecological civilization in the renovation of regional environment. The paper points out that the crux of the existing problems is the lack of eco-culture. Therefore, with the knowledge of the meaning and structure of ecological civilization, we should reconstruct the culture of the rural surroundings by giving prominence to the regional culture and the correction of concept.
