陕西公办大学的投入产出分析

Analysis of the Input-output Level of Shaanxi Public Universities

陕西公办大学如何在扩大办学规模的同时加强内涵建设受到社会的普遍关注。针对陕西公办大学对投入产出比普遍注重不够的现象,借鉴评价公益性项目的费用效果分析法,初步建立了公办大学费用效果评价模型,并采集陕西若干所大学的统计数据,运用相对系数法,对模型进行了实证分析,得出了目前同类大学投入产出水平存在很大差异的结论,为经费相对短缺的公办大学提高办学效益指明了方向。

Shaanxi public universities are faced with the concern of the socie the size of the infrastructure and strengthen the connotation of the university the insufficient attention to the input-output ratio of Shaanxi public universi ty about how to expand at the same time. Given ties, established a cost-effectiveness evaluation model of public universities based on this paper initially e cost-effectiveness evaluation method of public welfare project. The data of a number of colleges and universities in Shaanxi province have been collected, and the relative coefficient has been employed in the empirical analysis of the model. The result shows that there are huge differences in input-out levels among the same kind of universities. It could provide some suggestions for the public universities undergoing rel- ative fund shortage to promote school-effectiveness.
