经尿道前列腺切除术中病人体温控制的研究

Study on the body temperature control of the patients under TURP

目的探讨不同温度膀胱冲洗液在经尿道前列腺切除术中对患者体温变化的影响。方法采用两种不同温度的冲洗液对两组患者行术中持续膀胱冲洗,同时加强四肢保暖等方法。结果采用冲洗液加温器组患者术中术毕冷的感觉较轻,而室温组则较重。结论术中使用加温的冲洗液进行冲洗,是维持患者体温相对衡定的保证,同时加强肢体保暖是确保患者术中术毕乃至术后体温相对衡定的基础。

Objective ： To explore the influence of different temperature rinsesolution on the body temperature of patients who are under the TURP. Methods ： All of the patients were divided into two groups. Both received bladder washout with different temperature rinsesolution constantly during the operation. Moreover, the four limbs were kept warm. Results： The patients used wanned rinsesolution felt less cold after the operation, but the other patients felt cold obviously. Conclusion： Using warmed rinsesolution is the key factor to keeping the patient＇s body temperature steady. In addition, wanning the limbs is the basis of keeping the body temperature steady during and after the operation.
