戊酸雌二醇与醋甲羟孕酮不同剂量配伍对子宫内膜变化的影响

Effects of combinations of different-dose of estradiol valerate tabletes and medroxy progesterone acetate on endometrium

目的:通过观察戊酸雌二醇与醋甲羟孕酮不同剂量配伍对子宫内膜变化的影响以指导临床方案选择。方法:将确诊的91例自然绝经妇女随机分为阴性对照组(A组)、阳性对照组(B组)以及戊酸雌二醇与醋甲羟孕酮不同剂量配伍组(C、D、E组),分别治疗3月后,对各组用药前后进行雌二醇、超声子宫内膜厚度、吸管活检子宫内膜细胞学检查,部分患者行组织病理学检查。结果:B组和C组内膜厚度显著增加(P<0.01),其他各组改变无显著差异(P>0.05),D组增厚最少。细胞学检测发现内膜增厚人数B组由1人增至7人;E组由4人增至9人;C组和D组均增加2人,其中各有l例细胞学报告内膜增生而组织病理学均无病变。结论:戊酸雌二醇与醋甲羟孕酮不同剂量配伍对子宫内膜变化具有不同的影响,其中戊酸雌二醇1mg配伍醋甲羟孕酮2mg治疗效果最佳。

Objective： To observe the effects of combinations of different-dose of estradiol valerate tabletes and medroxy progesterone acetate on endometrium Method： 91 postmenopause female patients were divided into five groups： group A（control group）, group B（positive control group）, group C（E2V 1mg, qd＋MPA lmg, qd）, group D（E2 V 1mg, qd＋ MPA 2mg, qd）, group E（E2 V 1. 5mg, qd＋MPA 2mg, qd）. After 3 months, estradiol, ultrasonographic endometric thickness and cytology of all patients were measured. Results： endometric thickness were increased significantly in group B and C（P〈0. 01）, there were no changes in others （P〉0. 05） ,the lest one is group D. Conclusion： E2V lmg,qd＋MPA 2mg,qd is the best combinations.
