摘要 构建分环节的知识转移综合分析模型,提出在中国文化情境中促进知识转移的7个命题:中国文化的集体主义和垂直型特征对于不同特性知识的搜寻,特殊主义取向和高权力距离对于不同特性知识的传递,低不确定性规避、高背景文化和全景式思考模式对于不同特性知识的应用,均会产生不同影响。综合考虑知识特性、知识转移过程和文化的不同维度,能够提高知识转移效果,为知识转移的实践者提供启示。 This paper presents an integrative theoretical framework for knowledge transfer in various aspects and elaborates seven propositions as to facilitate knowledge transfer in the context of Chinese culture. Different cultural dimensions have different impacts on various aspects of knowledge transfer. Combining knowledge trait with knowledge transfer process together, this paper attempts to provide revelation for practitioners on improving knowledge transfer performance.
