The new process and equipments for hot rolled strip production and the developing conditions at home and abroad currently are introduced.Based on these conditions,the detailed analysis and research on the reformation of the old production line of AISC Semi continuous Rolling Mill Plant,and the chief reformation scheme applying CSP,ISP,and TSP continuous casting and rolling compact line is put forward.
