摘要
本文以Denison的OCQ量表为基础,结合延安卷烟厂企业文化建设的实际改进了部分题项,进而采用主成份因子分析法和Cronbachα系数检验法,选取了具有较高效度和信度的工作氛围、管理方式、组织学习、文化认同和价值观愿景等六个维度因子,构建了延安卷烟厂企业文化建设测量模型,这对同类企业的企业文化建设效果测量具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on Dcnison's OCQ scale and integrated with the practical situation of the cultural construction in Yan'an Cigarette Factory, the paper chooses part of the testing items, adopts a chief factor analysis method and Cronbach's a coefficient checking method, selects six dimensional factors of high reliability and validity-working atmosphere, methods of management, organized leaning, cultural identity and value prospect, builds up the measurement model of enterprise cultural construction for Yah'an Cigarette Factory, thus sets an exampl for the effect measurement of enterprise cultural construction.
