摘要
目的利用三维重建技术,建立眼科三维图像库诊断系统,提供传统眼B超无法显现的眼球后部及眼眶的冠状切面图像,以期提高眼疾病的诊断水平。方法通过设计和建立探头控制技术,将B超的二维图像数字化处理后,采集到计算机中,利用最新的三维重建技术,建立三维模型,形成诊断报告。结果采用旋转体切法获得眼球的二维图像数据,经图像转换后可通过三维体绘制技术重建为三维眼球图像。结论利用现有二维B超探头,本系统可以合成眼科B超三维图像,对于特定的眼科疾病,提供了较二维图像更清晰的诊断依据。
Objective To establish a three-dimensional ophthalmologic image database of eyeball using three- dimensional reconstruction technology. Methods Two-dimensional images were collected and saved by controlling the ultrasound probe; then the three-dimensional models were reconstructed. Results The two-dimensional images of the eyeballs were obtained by rotary-cut method; then these images were converted and reconstructed into three-dimensional eyeball images by three-dimensional volume rendering models. Conclusion The three-dimensional models of eyeball were successfully established which provides a novel way to dia.qnose eve diseases.
