BNP对心力衰竭的诊断及应用价值 被引量：3

摘要 B型脑钠肽（BNP）在心力衰竭时明显升高，已成为诊断充血性心力衰竭及判断预后的重要实验室检查指标。国外相关文献报道，有心功能不全时血浆BNP水平也可以明显升高。目前，国内关于BNP与右心功能不全的研究报道尚不多。本研究旨在通过观察左、右心力衰竭以及全心衰竭患者血浆BNP水平的变化，探讨其与肺动脉高压以及左、有心室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数（LVEF）的关系，以了解BNP对心力衰竭的诊断及应用价值。
