摘要 综述了丁腈橡胶增韧改性环氧树脂的研究现状及发展过程,讨论了不同活性端基的丁腈橡胶对环氧树脂性能的影响,评述了银纹、橡胶颗粒的拉伸撕裂和孔洞剪切屈服3种增韧机理,分析了目前丁腈橡胶增韧改性环氧树脂存在的问题,并展望了其发展方向。 The present situation and progress of toughening epoxy resin using nitrile rubbers are reviewed. A comparison of different types of nitrile rubbers affecting the properties of epoxy resin is discussed in detail. Toughening mechanisms of craze, tearing of the rubber particles and shear yielding are introduced. Problems existing in the present toughening systems are analyzed. At last, the development direetions are also prospected.
