加药注射器的使用与细菌污染的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨加药注射器使用次数与注射器细菌污染的关系。方法实验1组和实验2组各取150副注射器,抽吸药液方法均采用临床实用法,实验1组配制非抗生素类药液,加药注射器使用3次、5次、8次;实验2组配制抗生素类药液,加药注射器使用次数同实验1组。观察2组注射器细菌污染情况及微生物分类情况。结果采用临床实用法配制药液,加药注射器连续使用3次与使用5次、8次组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),连续使用5次与8次组内比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论启封后的加药注射器在1 h内抽吸同种药液,加药注射器连续使用3次,具有安全性。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the times of using syringe to add medicine and bacteria contamination. Methods There were 150 syringes in experiment groupⅠ and experiment group Ⅱ , respectively. Ways of using syringe to add medicine in experiment were same as ways of the clinical using syringe. Syringe in experiment group I is equipped with non - antibiotic liquid medicine while syringe in experiment group II uses an- tibiotic liquid medicine. The times of using syringe to add medicine were three times, five times and eight times, respectively in both groups. Contamination and classification of bacteria in used syringe were observed. Results There was significant difference between 3 times of continuous use and five and eight times ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between three times of continuous use and eight times ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion It is safe that syringe was continuously used three times to add the same liquid medicine within an hour.
