球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松脊椎压缩骨折25例 被引量：3

摘要 随着人口老龄化，骨质疏松已成为危害老年人健康的一种常见病，压缩骨折为该病主要并发症，以往采取卧床休息、护腰等保守治疗，无其他积极治疗方法，影响了患者的生活质量，还出现了许多并发症，甚至导致患者死亡。经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术（PKP）是近年来在原有经皮穿刺椎体成形术（PVP）基础上发展完善的。本院从2005年以来开展PKP治疗骨质疏松脊椎压缩骨折取得满意效果，现报道如下，
