摘要
运用Formastor-Press热力模拟试验系统对34CrNi3Mo钢进行了恒温双道次间断压缩模拟,并通过非线性回归分析得到了静态软化百分比(X)与变形温度(t)、变形程度(ε)、变形速率(ε)、原始晶粒直径(D0)、道次间隔时间(t)之间的定量关系。
The isothermal compress during double passes for steel 34CrNi3Mo was simulated using a Formastor-Press thermal simulation testing apparatus. The quantitative effect of deformation temperature (t), deformation (E), deformation rate (ε), primary grain size (D0), and interval time between passes (t) on static state softening fraction (X) was obtained by nonlinear regression analysis.
