2型糖尿病h-CRP与IMT、血脂谱的关系探讨

摘要
糖尿病是一种严重影响人类健康的疾病，其合并大血管及微血管并发症是患者致残、致死的主要原因。目前认为动脉粥样硬化（AS）和2型糖尿病均是炎症性疾病，在炎症反应过程中C-反应蛋白（CRP）是最具标志性的因子之一，颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）是衡量早期AS的敏感指标。本文观察了87例2型糖尿病患者hs—CRP水平与IMT及血脂谱的关系，旨在探讨2型糖尿病hs—CRP与大血管病变的关系。
