用于半导体激光器电导数曲线的降噪方法

摘要 根据非线性扩散方程的降噪原理,把非线性扩散方程应用于半导体激光器电导数数据的去噪。降噪实验证明,与均值滤波降噪方法相比,这种降噪方法可以更有效地减小数据中存在的噪声,同时保持电导数曲线在阈值电流处的下沉,降低了参数测量的误差,利用去噪后测量的参数可对半导体激光器质量和可靠性进行有效的评价。 According to the denoising theory based on the nonlinear diffusion equation, the nonlinear diffusion equation was applied to denoising of electrical derivative data of semiconductor laser diode (LD). Comparing with the denoising method based on mean value filtering, the experiment results indicated that this denoising method can reduce the noise in electrical derivative data of LD more effectively, and moreover the dip height of the electrical derivative curve at the threshold current can be preserved. The errors in parameters obtained from the measured electrical derivative curve were reduced too. The quality and reliability of LD can be estimated effectively using parameters from the measured electrical derivative curve after being denoised.
