摘要
《物权法》对于不动产物权登记进行了具有创新具体的规定。但是在登记机关、登记程序、登记权属证书等方面存在诸多的不足,不利于保护当事人的切身利益以及有可能危及市场交易的秩序与安全。借鉴德国、法国等国家不动产登记制度的优点,提出了进一步完善我国不动产登记制度的建议。
Wu Quan Fa (Real Right Law of the People's Republic of China) has innovative concrete regulation of real-estate registration, but has several defects of registration institution, procedure, ownership certification, and so on, which are detrimental to the litigant interest and liable to harm the order and security of market transaction. The author puts forward some proposals to improve it in the light of the advantages of the real-estate registration system of Germany, France and so on.
