摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定健目胶囊中二氢杨梅素的含量。方法选用Lichrospher-C18色柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇．0．2％磷酸溶液（25：75）为流动相，检测波长构290nm，柱温为3012，流速为1．0mL·min^-1。结果二氢杨梅素在0．05824-0．29120mg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好．r=0．9999。平均回收率为101．2％，RSD为1．36％。结论该方法准确可靠、精密度高、重现性好，可用于健目胶囊中二氢杨梅素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of dihydromyricetin in Jianmu capsules. METHODS Lichrospher-C18 column（250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm） was used at 30℃, the mobile phase composition was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid（25：75）, the detection wavelength was 290 nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL· min^-1.RESULTS Dihydromyricetin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05824 0.29120mg· min^-1,r=0.9999. The average recovery was 101.2%,RSD was 1.36% .CONCLUSION The established method is accurate, reliable, high precision, good repeatability and can be used for the determination of dihydromyricetin in Jianmu capsules.
