摘要
目的建立测定头抱美唑钠中多种溶剂残留量的气相色谱法。方法采用DB-624毛细管柱分离。FID检测器，程序升温，直接进样法。结果头抱美唑钠中丙酮、丁酮、毗啶、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、四氢呋喃等8种残留溶剂组分完全分离，在所考察的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系。平均加标回收率在81％～108％之间，各组分最低检测浓度10～50mg·kg^-1。结论该法简便灵敏，结果准确可靠，适用于头抱美唑钠中多种有机溶剂残留量的同时测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of 8 kinds of residual solvents in cefmetazole sodium. METHODS The residual solvents which are acetone, butanone, pyridine, methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate and tetrahydrofuran in cefmetazole sodium were quantitatively determined and completely separated by directly sampling on DB-624 capillary column with FID as the detector. RESULTS There was a good linearity（r = 0.9990-0.9999）.The average recovery rate was within the range of 81% -108 %. The detected limits in the sample were 10-50mg· kg^-1. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for quality control of cefmetazole sodium.
