胃灵合剂中延胡索乙素含量测定

Determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Weiling mixture

目的建立胃灵合剂中延胡索乙素含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱（250×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸盐缓冲溶液（磷酸氢二钠2．24g和磷酸二氢钠0．98g加水溶解并至100mL）（60：40：1．8），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长280nm。结果延胡索乙素进样量在0．0836-0．5016μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．3％（n=6），RSD为0．8％。结论本方法操作简便，结果准确、可靠。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Weiling mixture by HPLC.METHODS A zorbax SB-C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphate buffer（60 ： 40 ： 1.8） and the detection wavelength was 280nm. RESULTS The linear range for Tetrahydropalmatine was 0.0836- 0.5016μg （r = 0.9999）, the average recovery was 99.3%, with RSD 0.8% . CONCLUSION The method used for the determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Weiling mixture is simple, timesaving and accurate.
