HPLC法测定丹脉通胶囊中丹参素钠的含量

Determination of Danshensu sodium in Danmaitong capsules by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定丹脉通胶囊中丹参素钠含量。方法采用Hypersil ODS-2（4．6×250mm，5μm）色谱柱；乙腈-1．2％冰醋酸（15：85）为流动相；流速1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长280nm，柱温为30℃。结果丹参素钠进样量在0．1024～1．024pg范围内呈现良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率为98．73％，RSD为0．62％（n=6）。结论本法简便、准确，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Danshensu sodium in Danmaitong capsules by HPLC. METHODS Use the Hypersil ODS-2 （4.6 × 250mm, 5μm）column, its mobile phase was acetonitrile1.2 % acetic acid （15：85）. The flow velocity was 1.0mL· min^-1 and the detective wavelength of Danshensu sodium was 270nm, and the temperature of the column was 30℃ . RESULTS It was showed that the Danshensu sodium had a good linearity within the range of 0.1024- 1. 024μg, the average recovery was 98.73 %, and RSD = 0.62 % （n = 6）. CONCLUSION This method is simple and accurate for determination of Danshensu sodium in Danmaitong capsules.
