液相色谱法快速测定克癀胶囊中3种皂苷含量

Content determination of 3 gensenosides in Kehuang capsule by Ultra performance LC

目的建立液相色谱法快速测定克癀胶囊中3种皂苷的含量。方法运用亚2μm填料颗粒的色谱柱快速分离并测定克癀胶囊中三七的3种皂苷含量。结果该方法可同时快速、灵敏测定3种皂苷的含量,具有良好的专属性、精密度和重现性,符合含量测定分析的要求。其加样回收率以三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1计分别为96.18%、97.12%和95.62%,线性回归方程分别为Y=1568.1762x-45.0437(R2=0.9999)、Y=5598.26513x+15.60540(R2=0.9999)和Y=1375.58376x+3.70059(R2=0.9999)。结论本含量测定方法可作为本品的质控方法。

OBJECTIVE The paper focused on investigating a Ultra Performance LC method to determine the 3 gensenosides content in Kehuang capsule. METHODS Sub 2μm particle column was applied to separate and determine 3 gensenosides content in Kehuang capsule. RESULTS The method investigated in the paper was high throughout, sensitive. The specificity, precision and reproducibity were accorded with the quantitative analysis requirement. The recoveries of the method were 96.18 %, 97.12 % and 95.62 % for gensenoside Rg1, Rb1 and notogensenoside R1 respectively, The linearity equations were Y = 1568.1762x-45.0437 （R2 = 0.9999）, Y = 5598.26513x ＋ 15.60540 （R2 = 0.9999） and Y = 1375.58376x ＋ 3.70059 （R^2 = 0.9999） individually. CONCLUSION The method can be used to control quality of the product.
