摘要
目的建立通塞脉片中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,uBondapak C18(4.6mm×250mm),甲醇,25%冰醋酸溶液(35:65)为流动相。检测波长323nm。结果阿魏酸在0.01034—0.1034mg·mL^-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=6)。平均回收率98.68%,RSD为2.09%。结论该法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于通塞脉片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Shiduqing Capsules. METHODS HPLC method was used in the quantitative analysis using a uBondapak C18(4.6mm × 250mm) column. The mobile phase wasmethyl alcohol-25 % glacial acetic acid (35:65) and detecting wavelength was 323nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 01034-0. 1034mg· mL^-1 for ferulic acid (r = 0. 9999, n = 6). The average recovery was 98.68 % and RSD was 2.09 %. CONCLUSION This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and available for the quality control of Tongsaimai Tablet.
