祛风活络酒质量标准研究

Quality standard of Qufen Huoluo Vinum

目的建立祛风活络酒的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对处方中续断、茜草进行定性鉴别；用HPLC法测定祛风活络酒中阿魏酸的含量。结果TLC色谱特征明显，阴性无干扰，专属性强；阿魏酸在1．9～60．8μg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均加样回收率为100．10％．RSD为2．2％（n=6）。结论所建标准可用于祛风活络酒的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard of Qufen Huoluo Vinum. METHODS Radix dipsaci and Radix et rhizoma rubiae were identified by TLC; and the contents of ferulic acid in Qufen Huoluo Vinum were determinded by HPLC. RESULTS The TLC characteristics were distinctive and specific, and there was no interference in negative control. The linear concentration of ferulic acid was 1.9 - 60.8μg· mL^- 1 （r = 0. 9999） and the average recovery was 100.10 %, RSD 2.2 % .CONCLUSION The established sfandard can be used for the quality control of Qufen Huoluo Vinum.
