海生素对化疗减毒和增效作用的临床研究

The clinical trial about the attenuation and synergistic effect of Haishengsu

目的探讨海生素与联合化疗治疗晚期肿瘤的减毒和增效作用。方法共有132例晚期恶性肿瘤病人入组实验,治疗组为常规化疗同时加用海生素肠溶胶囊,共80例,化疗方案依不同类型肿瘤使用不同方案,均与化疗前1周开始海生素肠溶胶囊;对照组单纯使用常规化疗,共52例,化疗方案与治疗组相同。结果两组病人经治疗后,治疗组有效率(CR+PR)为57.5%,而对照组仅为34.6%,海生素的增效作用明显(P<0.01);治疗组一般状况(KPS)、肝肾功能、白细胞改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论海生素联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疗效优于单纯化疗,并且毒副作用明显减轻,说明海生素肠溶胶囊具有增效减毒作用。

Objective： To explore the attenuation and synergistic effect of Haishengsu combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced tumors. Methods： A total of 132 patients with advanced cancer in the experiment were divided into the two groups ： 80 in the experimental group and 52 in the control group. The two groups were both treated with conventional chemotherapy while the experimental group were treated with Haishengsu. Results： In the two groups of patients after treatment, the total efficient rate in the experimental group （CR ＋ PR） was 57.5%, while that in the control group was only 34.6% , and synergies effect of HSS was obvious, with the improvement of general state （KPS） , liver and kidney functions and leucocyte in the experimental group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The effect of Haishengsu combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cancer is better than that with chemotherapy alone and significantly reduces the side effects.
