摘要
目的研究缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿疾病极期和恢复期初血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)与白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平动态变化的相关性及临床意义。方法36例HIE患儿分为轻、中、重度3组。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫(ELISA)法对36例HIE患儿疾病极期、恢复期初血清sICAM-1和IL-8水平进行检测。统计学处理采用方差分析、q检验、直线相关分析。结果36例HIE患儿血情sICAM-1与IL-8水平的动态变化呈正相关(r=0.843,P<0.001)。轻、中、重度组HIE患儿sICAM-1与IL-8水平的动态变化均呈正相关(r=0.896、0.656、0.712,P<0.001、0.01、0.01)。结论ICAM-1和IL-8共同参与了HIE患儿脑损伤的病理过程;其动态变化呈正相关。临床同时监测HIE患儿血清sICAM-1、IL-8水平有助于判断HIE患儿的病情轻重和预后。
Objective : To investigate the relation and the significance of the changes of the soluble intercelluar adhesion moleeule-1 (sICAM-1) and the interleukkin-8 (IL-8) in the serum of neonates with hypoxie-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods : Thirty - six eases were divided into three groups : the mild group, moderate group and severe group. The sICAM-1 and IL-8 concentrations in the serum were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) at the critical stage and the beginning of convalescent stage in 36 cases of HIE neonates. The data were analyzed with analysis of linear correlation. Results: The concentration of sICAM-1 in the serum was positively correlated to the that of the IL-8 in the serum of 36 neonates with HIE (r =0.843, P 〈 0.001 ). There was also positive relation between the concentrations of sICAM-1 and IL-8 in the mild, moderate and sever groups (r =0.712, 0. 656, 0. 896, P 〈0. 001,0.01, 0. 01 ). Conclusion :The sICAM-1 and IL-8 are involved in the pathological process of brain damage in HIE, the dynamic changes are positively related and monitoring the concentration of them can help to judge the severity of HIE and its prognosis.
