摘要
本文应用β-射线衰减法,研究了一种矿浆颗粒大小的在线检测系统。文中介绍了这种系统的测量原理,系统组成以及标定实验情况。理论和实验分析表明:这种低廉的测量系统具有较高的灵敏度和稳定性,并可用于磨矿系统的连续控制。
An on-line determining system for pulp particle size was developed using β-ray attenuatiou. In this paper, its operation principle, constitution and standard measurement experiment are described.From theoretical and experimental analysis, it is found that the unexpensice system has a higher sensitivity and reliability, and therefore can be used for on-line control of a grinding circuit
