摘要
本文通过浮选试验、ζ-电位和吸附测定,研究了水玻璃对萤石、赤铁矿浮选分离的作用机理。结果表明,水玻璃在溶液中的溶解度和离子组成与溶液浓度、pH值和硅钠比有关;在pH6—9时,赤铁矿、萤石对水玻璃各种离子的吸附活性不同,从而实现两种矿物的分离。
The effect mechanism of water glass on flotation separation of fluorspar from hematite is investigated by means of flotation tests and zeta potential measurement. The results show that the solubility of water glass in solution and ion composition are related to solution concentration, pH value and Si/Na ratio. Hematite and fluorspar differ from each other in activity of adsorbing various ions of water glass, so that they can be separated from each other.
