经眶颧硬膜外入路显微手术切除海绵窦肿瘤 被引量：1

摘要 原发于海绵窦的肿瘤约占颅内肿瘤的0．2％，临床上以神经鞘瘤、脑膜瘤、海绵状血管瘤等良性肿瘤多见。由于海绵窦区域复杂且有重要的神经和血管结构，切除海绵窦肿瘤难度大，术后并发症多，肿瘤全切除^[1-2]常较为困难。近几年经眶颧硬膜外入路显微手术切除海绵窦肿瘤10例，临床效果满意，现报道如下。
