FixionPF型膨胀髓内钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折
摘要
老年人股骨转子间骨折发生率高，其并发症的发生率和死亡率也较高，是老年危险性骨折之一^[1]。研究表明，积极手术治疗可早期恢复患者的下肢功能，促进患者早期活动，减少肺部感染、褥疮等卧床并发症，降低死亡率。因此在患者全身情况允许时，手术内固定成为首选治疗方法^[2]。目前，对股骨转子间骨折的手术治疗主要包括动力髋螺钉、Gamma钉和股骨近端髓内钉系统。
