摘要
基于亚硝酸根对溴酸钾氧化结晶紫褪色反应的催化作用,提出了一种在室温下测定痕量亚硝酸根的催化光度法.测定亚硝酸根的线性范围为0~2.0μg/10ml,检出限为3.4ng/ml,本法简便快速,具有较高的灵敏度和选择性.用于不同水样中痕量亚硝酸根的直接测定,结果令人满意.
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite ion was developed, based on its catalytic effection on the oxidation of crystal violet by potassium bromate in the room temperature. The linear range of is 0 ~ 2.0μg/10 ml for nitrite ion, and the limit of detection is measurement 3.4 ng/ml. The method is rapid,sensitive and selective, and has been applied to the direct determination of nitrite ion in water samples with satisfactory results.
