摘要
汽车用阻尼板的主要功能是抑制车身结构共振,降低车内噪声,生产过程中的质量控制是非常重要的,应用SPC监控生产过程,要正确选择控制变量,本文探讨了控制变量的选择及其应用。
The main function of vehicle damping sheet is withholding the resonance of vehicle bodywork and reducing the acoustic noise in vehicle.The quality control during production process is very important and the controled varibles should be correctly selected when SPC（statistical process control） is applied to monitor the production process.The paper discussed the selection and application of the controled variables.
