摘要
宜春钽铌矿原生产过程中,由于裂隙岩体大量存在以及爆破设计方法滞后,爆后矿石块度不理想,大块率、粉矿率偏高。本文分析了影响裂隙岩体爆破效果的因素,并通过数值模拟和工业试验,优化了爆破参数、装药结构和起爆网路,使大块率由原来的6%~7%降低到1.6%,粉矿率由4%降低到2%,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。该项研究成果,可供类似矿山参考。
The original production process in Yichun Tantalum-Niobium Mine, due to the existence of a large number of fractured rock mass and the delayed blast design method, the ore block was not ideal, boulder frequency and powder ore rate were high. This paper analyzed the impact of fractured rock mass blasting effect factors, optimized the blasting parameters, the charge structure and the initiation network through numerical simulation and industrial test. It made the boulder frequency from 6%~7% to 1.6%, powder ore rate from 4 % down to 2 %, achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. The research results can also used in other mines with similar condition.
