摘要
介绍了济南焦化厂10个钢筋砼储煤罐爆破拆除方案设计中倒塌可靠性分析。为确保10个储煤罐顺利倒塌,在设计过程中,对每个罐体第3排立柱爆破切口形成后预留部分的受力进行了分析,对转动角度、重心偏移、后坐及爆破高度进行了校核。爆后实践证明爆破参数、炸高、延时间隔选取合理,所采取的安全防护措施得当,爆破效果与理论计算基本相吻合。
The paper mainly introduced the reliability analysis of a blasting collapse of ten big tanks in Jinan Steel Coking Factory. In order to ensure smooth collapses of the ten storage tanks, the force for reserved part of the third row of each tank of formed blasting cut was analyzed during the design process, and the force of the rotation angle, the excursion of gravity centre, the back ward collapse and the height of blasting were checked. Practical application proved that the blasting parameters, stand-off, time delay were reasonably selected and the security measures were properly taken, showing the blasting results well agreed with the theoretical calculation.
