Policy Simulation and Analysis of Future Labor Supply and Demand in Beijing

本文在分析了北京市劳动力供需现状的基础上,运用系统动力学方法,建立了北京市劳动力供需平衡的系统动力学模型,并分析了在劳动参与率、就业弹性、净迁移率等敏感因子变动的情况下,模拟未来劳动力供需变动的状况,最后提出了相关政策建议。

Based on the analysis of the status quo of labor supply and demand in Beijing, this paper established a system dynamics model of labor supply and demand adopting system dynamics method, and simulates the different situation of the labor supply and demand with the changes of labor participation rate, employment flexibility, the net migration rate, finally put forward to the related policy recommendations.
